In 2018, founder - Alexandria Russell (speech pathologist and entrepreneur) set out to create a community where busy, working women could get together to share their struggles, their victories, and plan for success, all with a cocktail in their hand.

Our community represents a group of diverse, intelligent, and strong women who are proud of the degree/s they have, who speak proudly of the multiple jobs they have because it feeds their soul, wallet, and creativity; and women who say "yes" more to the new and "no" to the mundane routine.

SHE encourages personal growth and success by offering networking opportunities and a variety of events throughout the year called Cocktails & Conversation, which promotes bonding between members and help create a foundation of lasting friendships.
